Eleven years ago this March, I founded Nostalgia Film, filing my business license and traveling to L.A. for a Super 8mm film boot camp. Those 11 years since have been filled with meeting wonderful couples whom I’ve cherished my time getting to know and create wedding films for them.
In 2016, I met my husband, a talented photographer, and he joined me in film and photography work. We are grateful for the trust that was placed in us and Nostalgia Film to capture once-in-a-lifetime moments and memories while expressing our creativity and collaborating on unique films and photographs that have hopefully stood the test of time.
Then 2020 hit. With the pandemic, the wedding industry was in a tailspin, and I happened to take full-time communication work at about the same time. The result — although unplanned — ended up being a hiatus from taking on new videography and photography work.
As we begin to see the light of hope that the worst of this pandemic is behind us, we’re still deciding how the future of Nostalgia Film will unfold. Thank you for supporting us as we enter this next chapter.
