The New York Times’ Field Notes: When the ‘Aisle’ Is Slippery and Buggy

Wow, imagine my surprise and delight yesterday as I clicked on a tweet from the just-launched WedOverHeels (when a tweet mentions “nostalgia” and “summer camp,” I will click it!):

…And realized it was a The New York Times feature of  a couple’s summer camp wedding we filmed back in April! This was such a fun and unique wedding to have filmed while working with Whitney Martin Photography and Wedding Warriors, that it’s been so neat to see it featured on Offbeat Bride, Bridal Musings, and now The New York Times!

“Nostalgia is back in weddings,” according to Darcy Miller, the editorial director for Martha Stewart Weddings… We could not agree more, since nostalgia is at the very heart of everything we do! We wrote about the summer camp phenomena in April on our blog.
