Layne & Tucker have been married 15 years. They originally contacted us about a party in Austin, but over time, that turned into a vow renewal with their family in Vegas. We met up in Austin to capture them at 15 years married. I love their mod outfits, which complimented a few places around town that we ventured together and took photographs.
Congratulations on 15 years Layne & Tucker!

Sara and Gursimran recently got married in Dallas. In September of last year, we met them in Marfa to film a love story to show at their wedding and shoot some photography. The couple–she’s a dentist, he’s a chiropractor–loves traveling together, visiting a new part of the States or the world monthly, so Marfa and West Texas was the perfect destination to get off-the-grid and get unique engagement photography and put together a Super 8 and HD story of their love.

Expect to see a lot more in the coming weeks, but we have a selection online from weddings and portrait sessions. We’d love to photograph your wedding or an upcoming family or engagement shoot. Photo shoots are particularly sweet this time of year as mother nature lays out a blanket of bluebonnets. See some of our favorite photos below, and as always, contact us if you need a photographer or videographer.

And of course, I can’t feature this riverside wedding without saying, our hearts go out to those recently affected by the Wimberley floods, including fellow wedding vendors.

Read MoreI know when I almost tear up multiple times while editing a highlight film, I’ve struck upon something really special and amazing. Katie & Jesse’s wedding day was just that: a multilingual meeting of two sweet souls — Katie, who’s a Texan, and Jesse, who’s French, met and fell in love in the magical city of Prague. Sounds like the beginning of a fairytale… And their day was a fairytale, from the carefully hand-selected details and the romantic ambiance, to the sentimental moments that tugged on the heartstrings.
Don’t take it from me, just watch the magic unfold, below…
…and much, much more to come in their full-length film!
This day was also made so special by the talented team: Katherine O’Brien, who we always enjoy working with so much when we’re lucky enough; the lovely, well-appointed, and French-inspired new venue, Ma Maison (French for “my house,”), run by the very nice family, the Moises; plus the day run artfully and smoothly thanks to Carmen Bright; featured gorgeous blooms from Petal Pushers; and was deliciously catered by Royal Fig, who developed a European-style fare for the evening.

Our friends Jessica & Spencer got married last weekend in the forest behind their home in Elgin, Texas. A completely DIY and laid-back affair, we took a break from our regular videography and helped to capture the day for the couple. We shot both digital and Holga photography, and Michael tried out a technique with a 16mm movie camera lens for the cool vignetted photos. Here are a few favorites from the day. More photographs are on our Facebook page.
